GetAProSite.com is offering FREE custom website design to a select number of qualifying businesses. The design service includes a professional, mobile-responsive website with basic SEO optimization.

2. Hosting, Domain & Management Fees

While the custom website design is FREE, ongoing hosting, domain name registration, management, and maintenance services require a monthly fee of $100/month. This fee includes:

• Premium web hosting on Amazon AWS servers
• Domain name registration and management
• 1 (one) minor change or revision per month (examples: text updates, small content changes)
• Daily backups
• Security monitoring and updates
• Uptime monitoring
• Technical support

Major changes are excluded and will incur additional fees. Major changes include but are not limited to: significant user interface redesigns, new feature development, complex integrations, and major structural modifications.

3. Application Review Process

All applications will be reviewed by our team. Due to high volume and resource constraints, not all applications can be granted a free website. Selection is based on portfolio fit, business type, and availability.

4. Website Ownership & Non-Transferability

All websites created under this offer are owned by GetAProSite.com and are non-transferable. This means:

• GetAProSite.com retains full ownership of the website code, design, and assets
• The website cannot be transferred to you or any third party
• The website cannot be exported or moved to another hosting provider
• If you discontinue the monthly service, the website will be taken offline

5. Changes & Revisions

Your monthly fee includes 1 (one) minor change or revision per month. Minor changes include:

• Text content updates
• Image replacements
• Contact information changes
• Small formatting adjustments

Major changes require additional fees:

• New page creation
• Major design overhauls
• New feature development
• Complex functionality additions
• Third-party integrations

6. Delivery Timeline

Approved websites will be delivered within 7-14 business days from approval and receipt of all necessary content (text, images, branding materials).

7. Payment Terms

The monthly hosting and management fee of $100/month is billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payment must be kept current to maintain website functionality. Failure to pay may result in website suspension or termination.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel the monthly service at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline and all associated services will be terminated. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

9. Limited Availability

This offer is subject to availability and may be modified or terminated at any time without notice. Currently, only 5 spots are available per month.
